You can arrange an appointment with one of our experienced surveyors from the safety and comfort of your own home… or garage.

They will undertake your survey from our showroom, where we can discuss your requirements and show you all the products and options we have available.

We can then provide an accurate final quotation and if required pop some colour samples in the post.

As always there is no obligation and no ‘hard sell’, this simply allows us to provide accurate information and prices and offers another way for you to visit our showroom.

Prompt and informative response to my initial email query. Appointment was on time and the engineer very efficient. The machine is much better than the one it replaced (which was giving me problems) and the whole set up entirely satisfactory. Full marks!

My garage door remote had stopped working and I couldn't find a solution online. I rang ABi and the lady who took my call was extremely helpful and emailed me instructions which solved the problem very rapidly. Full marks!

I had a problem with an existing door and Googled local suppliers. I decided to try the first three on the list. The first told me they couldn’t help for several weeks, the second said they might get to me the following week and said there would be a minimum £80 +VAT call out charge. The third - ABI - talked through the issue then e-mailed instructions on re-programming the controller. It took less than 2 minutes to do, and sorted the problem. Great response and I will certainly get in touch if I need anything garage door related in future.

Steve came to survey and gave helpful advice on what we needed.The two young men who came to fit our door were very courteous and efficient. They completed the work quickly, cleared up after them and gave us clear instructions on operating the electric opening. Good value for money and a very professional job.

Called ABI to get a second quote after being quoted £80 elsewhere over the phone just to come out. Best decision I made as ABI actually took the time and trouble to ask me a few questions and then helped me reset the door over the phone and emailed the instructions for future use ! Brilliant customer service, I hope my door works for a long time but won't go anywhere else if I have another issue. Thanks so much !

Great all round service. this is the fourth garage door we have had from ABI and they have been trouble free over many years. We have had a replacement Hortmann garage door fitted by ABI, York. The whole process was very enjoyable and hassle free from the initial request to sales visit and actual installation. The information provided was excellent, clear and easy to understand. The door choices and colours availability was good and waiting times from order to fitting were good, in our case Georgian style in Moss Green was 4 weeks from order to job done. The fitting team were pleasant, polite and on the job on the dot on the day and time stated. The fitters were quick, efficient and obviously experienced. A couple of little fitting niggles were sorted out quickly and professionaly. The guys were cheerful, friendly and very tidy. The job was done with no fuss and minimal mess which they cleaned up before leaving site. In other words a good job well done.
